We support over 1,000 customers globally, most based in North America, who use our award-winning Excel-based cloud financial reporting technology to build financial reports across a multitude of finance and accounting platforms (including Oracle NetSuite). We are seeking a customer support person to join our 5-star support team.
The successful candidate can demonstrate a basic knowledge of accounting systems and be comfortable working with technology. Any prior work experience, in a team role or customer-facing role, is essential.

Due to the global nature of the business, we offer flexible working hours. Occasionally, you may be required to support customers outside of normal office hours to accommodate the customer's time zone.
You will receive on the job training and support. Experience and skills in software either at school, college, or university is good but not required. We are a small, fast-growing company, so there are opportunities to grow into other areas of the business including: new business sales, customer account management, software development, and QA.
