Office Coordinator


 

We are recruiting an Office Coordinator for a small and friendly bespoke company based in Eynsham on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is ambitious, hardworking and thrives on responsibility.

As the Office Coordinator your duties will include:

  • PA support to the Managing Director.
  • Producing accurate and well-presented documents which might include reports/quotes and Bill of Materials.
  • Word processing, drafting of letters, reports and invoices.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings.
  • Providing a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office.
  • Handling enquires over the telephone or personally in the office and taking any necessary actions.
  • General office duties such a filing, photocopying, sorting out the post.
  • Ordering both office supplies and electronic parts and design/manufacturing.
  • Sourcing parts.

The role is varied so you need to be flexible in your approach to tasks and responsibilities. You will also need excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own using your initiative. You must have experience of working in a busy focused environment.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a strong Senior Administrator/ Office Coordinator/ Manager background.
