Are you passionate about working with children?
We are looking for kind, nurturing and patient nursery practitioners with good communication skills. We have positions available for qualified practitioners, as well as a room leader position available. We also have unqualified nursery assistants positions available.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for the children's emotional wellbeing, and supporting their continuing learning and development. You will also be developing close relationships with our children's families.
In line with the new EYFS and 'Development Matters' that were introduced in September 2021, we have reviewed our observation/assessment procedures to remove unnecessary paperwork and workload for our practitioners.
Practitioners are encouraged to spend quality time with their key children rather than writing observations for learning journeys.
We have a strong outdoor ethos, so all candidates must enjoy being outside, no matter the weather!

Rates of pay:
Unqualified Practitioner under 23 rate £ 10.18
Unqualified Practitioner over 23 rate £ 10.42
Qualified Level 2 Practitioner rate £ 10.53
Qualified Level 3 Practitioner rate £ 11.51
Room Leader rate £12.00
£250 Welcome bonus for level 2 and level 3 practitioners
Shift patterns either:
- 7am until 5pm
- 7.30am until 5.30pm
- 8am until 6pm
- Four days a week
- Not term-time (open during school holidays)
