A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this our hotel. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about hospitality.
As our Guest Services Assistant, you will be the initial contact for all guests within the hotel. You will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests, whilst ensuring standards are maintained and targets are achieved.
Being a Guest Services Assistant requires a lot of skill and dedication, so you will have incredible organisational skills and attention to detail, have a hands-on approach, along with stamina and the ability to remain positive and calm when under pressure.
About you:
·You will already have experience as a Guest Services Assistant or similar role within a similar sized hotel
·You'll be motivated by ensuring you deliver an outstanding and memorable guest experience and will enjoy building rapport with guests and colleagues
·You will have excellent hotel system knowledge
·Knowledge of the Derbyshire area would be an advantage but is not essential
·Most of all, you'll have a professional, organised, charming and friendly approach.

· Ensuring all relevant information is recorded and shared with the senior management team each day
